Position: Senior Software Engineer
What We’re Looking For
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in a high-paced production environment
- Experienced with Java, Spring, REST, HTML5, Angular
- Experience in Android & iOS Development is a plus
- Having knowledge of video processing, transcoding, and streaming technologies such as RTMP, RTP/RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, CMAF, DASH, FFMPEG and different audio/video codecs
- Experienced with multithreaded programming and real time considerations
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experienced in writing unit and integration tests
- Not afraid to tackle problems outside your area of expertise
- Experience in working in Cloud Based Services environment
- Good communication skills. Fluent and professionally proficient in English

Position: Technical Support Engineer
Scope
The ideal candidate is expected to provide technical support by meeting the SLA requirements to Ant Media customers and for the Ant Media video streaming solutions, and he should have prior hands-on experience working with networking, cloud, and media streaming technologies, products, and services.
- Being a tech-savvy constant learner, grow his/her product knowledge
- Commit and deliver on set KPIs. Make sure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met,
- Being the bridge between customer and product groups, consolidating customer feedback and providing timely, structured, documented, and insightful feedback to Product Groups.
- Being able to reproduce technical issues reported by the customer
- Building and maintaining the technical support knowledge base.
- Document technical support training material and train junior technical support staff to be hired
- Excelling in customer orientation, making sure Ant Media customers’ satisfaction with the product and the company only grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 3+ years of related experience in the technical support of software products/solutions
- Experience in providing technical support to external customers in a Service Desk environment
- Experience in working in a SaaS, or Managed Services environment, and managing SLAs
- Experience in using Freshdesk is a plus
- Hands-on experience with video / audio streaming, cloud, and networking platforms
- Experience in working with different operating systems and virtualizations such as Linux, iOS, Android, and VMWare, and proficient in multiple environments such as Java, XLM, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience in working with streaming protocols such as RTMP, RTP/RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, and CMAF
- Hands-on experience on cloud-based deployments such as Web Servers (HTTP), and Cloud Based Services (AWS, Google, Azure, Digital Ocean)
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Fluent and professionally proficient in English
- Ability to work outside regular working hours per need basis, and as requested.
